As a wealth management advisor and founder of Keras Wealth Planning, Brad partners with small businesses and families to help them identify their goals, analyze their current financial position, and provide innovative solutions for them to take charge of their futures. He believes that each of his clients is unique, and he holds an unwavering commitment to client service. Brad loves helping clients solve problems in their financial world and guiding them to make wise and effective decisions. He makes it a point to develop strong relationships with the people he serves, and he sees this as the key to his (and his clients’) success. His firm focuses on providing holistic wealth management and risk management strategies.

Brad joined Northwestern Mutual as a college intern in 2001 as a student at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. After graduating in 2002, he became a full-time financial representative. Since then, he’s developed an extensive knowledge of risk management solutions, business planning, and personal finance. Brad is also part of Northwestern Mutual’s exclusive Private Client Group, which focuses on providing advanced planning and wealth management solutions.

Personal

Brad is an extremely active and busy individual! When he’s not working, you can find him in the gym, on the court showing off his pickleball skills, flying north to catch a New York Giants game, traveling to Miami with his son for a Heat game, or cheering on the Florida Gators. He and his beautiful wife Mariah married in 2018 and welcomed their newest addition to the family in January of 2021. Brad is a proud father of two sons, Jacob (16) and baby Breckett (1). Jacob dreams of being an ESPN announcer, and Brad is extremely proud of his son’s extensive sports knowledge and dedication to his basketball “career.” (Brad says Jacob is the next Steph Curry, but only because his build is slightly smaller than Lebron James.) Baby Breckett has just learned to walk and greets everyone he meets with a “HI!”

Brad and Mariah also enjoy giving back to their local community and supporting pediatric cancer research.

As Director of Investments and Planning, Alex serves our firm by overseeing our clients’ investment portfolios, conducting advanced planning research, and creating financial plans. He also meets with clients to review their progress and works alongside Brad to further our clients’ financial goals.

Alex began his work in the financial industry with Fidelity Investments, where he served as a Private Client Relationship Manager, Securities Licensing Instructor, and Fixed Income Specialist before joining Keras Wealth Planning in 2017.

Alex has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and holds his Life, Health and Variable Annuity Insurance (2-15) license. He received his master’s degree from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business in 2019 after attending University of the Cumberlands (UC) in Williamsburg, Kentucky, where he graduated cum laude with a double major in business administration and business management information systems.

He and his wife Sarah have a fur baby named Luna, and in his free time, Alex enjoys playing sports, attending concerts and other events, traveling, and being with his family and friends. When it comes to sports, he’s all about the Jacksonville Jaguars, Florida Gators, and Duke Blue Devils. Alex also dedicates his time to volunteering with the Junior Achievement of North Florida and Alex’s Lemonade Stand.
